EASY Return & Cancellation Policy

DIVAAGLAM will make sure that you would never need to return or cancel a product. However, due to unavoidable circumstances if the need arises, we would certainly be there to help you. We believe in ‘Customer first’.

Process to initiate a ‘return’, ‘replace’ or a ‘cancellation’:
You can raise the request for ‘return’ or ‘replace’ from the ‘orders’ section, within 14 days of receiving the product. Our customer service executive will review your request and reach out to you directly or update the status in the system within two business days. You can raise the ‘cancel’ request from the ‘orders’ section before the product has been shipped. 

Under what circumstances would your return request be valid?
Items damaged when received:
Our packaging team watch out & ensure every individual product is packaged in bubble wrap & additional bubble wrap is put on fragile items like bottles to make sure that the products are safely secured until it reaches your door step. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. Under such circumstances we would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order.

Incorrect items delivered:
In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will make sure that the incorrect items are picked up from your house and the right items are shipped to you at the earliest possible.

Under what circumstances would your cancellation request be valid?
Order can be cancelled if it is not been shipped. Cancellation of prepaid orders take 7 – 10 working days to get credited back into your account.

Under what circumstances would your return request be invalid?
In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products which appear to be opened, tried, or used.We will not accept returns of products if their complete packaging, labels or stickers are missing.

Certain customized products (eg: blushers, mascaras, lipsticks etc.) cannot be returned since they are available during select promotions and ordered on demand.

In case of cancellation what happens to the discount vouchers you have used for the order?
The discount vouchers shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order, since they are intended for one-time use.

In case of cancellation what happens to the loyalty points you have used for the order?
The loyalty points will be credited back to your account.

Do you have to return the free gift when you return a product?
If any purchase also had a gift(s) or sample(s) with it, return of the product will be accepted only along with the gift(s) or sample(s) received with it.
