Delivery info

  1. The minimum amount of the Gift Card is INR 500.
  2. Once purchased the recipient email and name cannot be changed.
  3. The Gift Card is valid for 365 days from date of issue.
  4. The Gift Card can be used for making any purchase on the divaaglam website, only purchasing another Gift Card is not possible.
  5. There is no cash on delivery option for Gift Card purchase.
  6. There are no additional charges associated with Gift Card purchase or redemption.
  7. The Gift Card cannot be cancelled, or returned.

How to redeem / use the online Gift Card received

  1. The Gift Card can be redeemed on www.divaaglam.com.
  2. While making the payment for any purchase, in the Checkout page, add the Gift Card coupon in the Apply Coupon tab.
  3. The Gift Card amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
  4. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by other payment option.
  5. If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card.
