Shipping & Delivery

Packaging:

Products are packaged in bubble wrap & additional bubble wrap is used for fragile items like bottles, so as to make sure that the products are safely secured until they reach your door step.

Delivery:

• Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
• Once they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
• Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible.

Estimated Time of Delivery: You can expect to receive the delivery within 4 to 6 working days from date of order acceptance.

Location: Currently we deliver products across India. We do not deliver internationally, outside of India at this point.

Delivery Charges: Delivery will be free for orders above INR 299. For orders below INR 300, INR 70 will be chargeable.

Tracking:

• The status of your order can be tracked 24 x 7 after your order is dispatched from our warehouse.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
